A full auditable record is generated for every shift note, including raw text, AI outputs, soft prompt responses, participant details, and timestamps. Exportable as a structured PDF.
Admin Dashboard
Team administrators review, edit, and approve shift notes from a central panel. Override capabilities, incident tracking, and status management are all built in.
