We first approached Moonward in June 2022 with a concept for an app, and they immediately impressed us by taking our idea from blueprint to reality. In October 2023 we embarked on an ambitious program with Moonward to completely revamp the Memble App with new branding, user experience and additional features. The Moonward team did an expert job scoping out and managing this large and complex project. Tricia designed out a fantastic looking Memble prototype, with considered UX and UI best practices as well as carrying out thoughtful research with her team to ensure what was being designed was not overly complex, timely or expensive to develop and would not only function as planned, but useful to the user. During this design phase, Tricia worked diligently and communicated regular and speedy updates taking on feedback all the way to completion of a well-designed App prototype - ready for development. Really enjoyed the way Tricia went about the whole design process. Now the development phase is underway, their dev team have been terrific, methodically coding out the designs and connecting all the pieces. So far, I’m super happy how the app is coming together and the way it is looking and functioning. I can’t wait to see it fully completed. I was skeptical at first on designing out the prototype in such a way even for smaller features, but Andrew at Moonward convinced me it was the way to go and I’m glad. I’ve had experience with other App development firms but found Moonward’s approach to App development to be very good with a high degree of customer focus and engagement and a really great team that work hard to produce excellent apps.

As a recent customer, Moonward provided a premium website development experience for my new business, EvolveResolve.Importantly, they spent the time to get the know the business- the target market, and the appropriate brand voice. We brought Mooward in to build the MVP for Flagged, and they delivered beyond what we expected. Tricia, Lachy, Declan, and Andrew were a brilliant team to work with from start to finish. As founders who are relatively new to this space, we were a little apprehensive going in. Having someone else build and ship your product is a big ask, and it's easy to feel out of your depth. We came to Moonward after being lied to, manipulated and cheated by two previous developers. We were told by these developers to pay them upfront, and we’d have our app. We struggled to get updates, we barely got anything delivered and ended up after 3 years with nothing usable. We’ve now been working with Moonward for over 6 months. We have weekly meetings, a client portal, ultimate transparency and the most enjoyable working experience with the likes of Bec, Liv and Andrew.This is the most transparent development agency, that does exactly what they say they are going to do.
