Yes. While our team is based in Brisbane, we work with clients across Australia and New Zealand. Most of our collaboration happens through video calls, shared project tools and regular sprint demos, so you're involved every step of the way no matter where you are. For key milestones like kick-off and Discovery workshops, we're happy to meet in person or welcome you to our Brisbane office.

Yes. Many of our clients already have developers or a product team and bring us in to add capacity or skills they don't have in-house, like AI, mobile or product design. We plug in as an extension of your team, working within your roadmap, tools and processes, whether that's Jira, GitHub or your own sprint cadence. Our code is clean, documented and built to your standards, so your team can own and maintain it with confidence.

It depends on the size and complexity of your product, but most first versions launch within two to four months. Every project starts with our four-week Discovery Phase, where we define the scope and give you a clear timeline before development begins. From there, we build in two-week sprints, so you'll see working software every fortnight rather than waiting until the end. Larger platforms can take longer, and we'll often recommend launching a focused first version sooner, then adding features based on real customer feedback.

Every project starts with our fixed-price Discovery Phase, where we define exactly what needs to be built and give you a fixed cost for development before any code is written. Yes. We regularly take over products built by other agencies, freelancers or in-house teams, including apps built with AI tools like Lovable, Bolt and Cursor. We start with a full code and security audit so you know exactly what you're working with. Then we give you a clear roadmap to stabilise, improve and scale your product. Whether it needs a few fixes or a full rebuild, we manage the handover from your previous provider so nothing gets lost and your customers never notice the change.
