We first approached Moonward in June 2022 with a concept for an app, and they immediately impressed us by taking our idea from blueprint to reality. They developed a high-quality app for both iOS and Android, and also built a comprehensive backend web platform that allows us to easily manage updates and push content to the app. Now, 18 months since the app's launch, we’ve seen fantastic success. The app has been incredibly reliable, with zero issues, and their ongoing support has been top-notch. I highly recommend Moonward for anyone looking for expert, dependable app development.

I've worked with Tricia at Moonwood across four different brand designs and concepts now, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my branding. She's one of those rare creatives who doesn't just make things look beautiful. She gets to the heart of who you are, understands the brief almost instantly, and somehow turns the ideas in your head into a brand that feels even better than you imagined. Every project she's delivered has exceeded my expectations. She's incredibly talented, easy to work with, communicates brilliantly, and genuinely cares about getting it right. Nothing ever feels too hard, and the quality of her work is consistently exceptional. If you're looking for someone to create a brand that actually means something, stop looking. Trisha is worth every cent. She's been a huge part of bringing multiple businesses to life, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. Five stars isn't enough.

We have been working with moonward for around 5 months now and it has truly been amazing! They have truly taken our vision and brought it to life. Tricia design of our app was next level and really nailed so many details we hadn’t even shared yet. The whole team was really been amazing and I truly wouldn’t go with anyone else when it comes to building your app especially if you want a team that cares and understands! Moonward is for you!

Working with Moonward has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Over the last few years, we have been working with Moonward to bring our vision to life and create our first tech product. Moonward’s innovative design team consistently brings fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table. Their collaborative in-house approach ensures that every aspect of the project is handled with care, with all team members working seamlessly together. I’ve particularly appreciated their prompt communication and quick fixes whenever challenges arise, making the entire process smoother and more efficient. Both Lachyand more recently Liv have been instrumental in the design aspects of our app, bringing enthusiasm and energy that have always matched ours, which has been incredibly valuable throughout this journey. The app space has certainly brought its share of twists and turns, but the team at Moonward has consistently demonstrated high-quality work, care, and intent to bring our vision to life. The team's commitment to delivering exceptional results is apparent in every stage of the process. They have a remarkable ability to create designs that consistently surpass expectations. Their ability to seamlessly combine creativity and practicality is truly remarkable, resulting in solutions that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional. Tricia, in particular, has truly excelled. Her design skills are exceptional. The way she executed our vision was truly remarkable, showcasing her exceptional finesse and meticulous attention to detail. Every design she created exuded a seamless combination of innovation and elegance. The way she effortlessly grasped and transformed our requirements into extraordinary designs was truly enchanting. What has made this experience truly exceptional was the seamless and delightful collaboration from all Moonward members, which we have had the privilege to work with. The communication has been clear, the responsiveness has been impressive, and every aspect of the project has been carefully aligned with our goals. The entire process has been made smooth and stress-free thanks to every team members positive attitude and professionalism.

In October 2023 we embarked on an ambitious program with Moonward to completely revamp the Memble App with new branding, user experience and additional features. The Moonward team did an expert job scoping out and managing this large and complex project. Tricia designed out a fantastic looking Memble prototype, with considered UX and UI best practices as well as carrying out thoughtful research with her team to ensure what was being designed was not overly complex, timely or expensive to develop and would not only function as planned, but useful to the user. During this design phase, Tricia worked diligently and communicated regular and speedy updates taking on feedback all the way to completion of a well-designed App prototype - ready for development. Really enjoyed the way Tricia went about the whole design process. Now the development phase is underway, their dev team have been terrific, methodically coding out the designs and connecting all the pieces. So far, I’m super happy how the app is coming together and the way it is looking and functioning. I can’t wait to see it fully completed. I was skeptical at first on designing out the prototype in such a way even for smaller features, but Andrew at Moonward convinced me it was the way to go and I’m glad. I’ve had experience with other App development firms but found Moonward’s approach to App development to be very good with a high degree of customer focus and engagement and a really great team that work hard to produce excellent apps.

Wow! The team at Moonward have been nothing short of outstanding. They picked up the pieces when we were left in the lurch by another provider — and from day one, they’ve delivered with class, integrity, care, and real authenticity. It’s like they’ve been inside my head, taking what we’d envisioned and bringing it to life with us — not for us. What’s been different about Moonward is they’ve given us the space to create in parallel. They haven’t tried to drive the ideas — they’ve backed them. They’ve brought initiative, ideas, and clarity to the table, and they’ve made a complex build feel simple. Can’t speak highly enough of their team — and we’re already building something together that’s changing millions of men’s lives.

As a recent customer, Moonward provided a premium website development experience for my new business, EvolveResolve.Importantly, they spent the time to get the know the business- the target market, and the appropriate brand voice. Stemming from this knowledge, the design of my logo and the optics of the site was spot on- my brief was a polished, yet still fresh and different website. This was very much achieved! The Moonward point of difference is deep in-house expertise - unique to a market where outsourcing off shore is the norm .I would highly recommend the Moonward team !

We brought Mooward in to build the MVP for Flagged, and they delivered beyond what we expected. Tricia, Lachy, Declan, and Andrew were a brilliant team to work with from start to finish. As founders who are relatively new to this space, we were a little apprehensive going in. Having someone else build and ship your product is a big ask, and it's easy to feel out of your depth. Mooward completely put that to rest. Communication throughout was exceptional: clear, consistent, and genuinely transparent. Nothing was glossed over or buried in jargon. They took the time to make sure we actually understood what was being built and why, which isn't something you always get from a development partner. What stood out most was that they never made us feel like we were being kept in the dark. Every decision, trade-off, and piece of progress was communicated openly. That kind of honesty with founders who are still learning builds real trust. They used AI throughout the build to move fast without cutting corners, and the result speaks for itself: a fully built product, live on the App Store. We would work with Mooward again without hesitation and would recommend them to any early-stage team looking for a development partner who actually brings you along for the ride.

We came to Moonward after being lied to, manipulated and cheated by two previous developers. We were told by these developers to pay them upfront, and we’d have our app. We struggled to get updates, we barely got anything delivered and ended up after 3 years with nothing usable. We’ve now been working with Moonward for over 6 months. We have weekly meetings, a client portal, ultimate transparency and the most enjoyable working experience with the likes of Bec, Liv and Andrew. This is the most transparent development agency, that does exactly what they say they are going to do. They don’t make excuses, they just get the work done. We finally met the team last Friday and it was like catching up with friends. They didn’t mind going down super long tangents when my curiosity struck and I wanted to learn about particular technology or insights that they had. I imagine it felt like talking to a child to them, but they were patient and very accomodating. Once the app is live we plan on being a client showcase/case study to highlight the quality of work Moonward has put together. If I had more time and unlimited typing speed I’d write many more paragraphs. Moonward are more than welcome to share my information with clients and I will happily give a lengthier recommendation over the phone. These guys have truly saved our idea and business, which we thought was an entirely lost cause until we met them.

Working with the Moonward team, in particular Tricia and Lachy, on the development and build of a sleek, interactive and cleverly automated performance-based platform for our business, now allows us the opportunity to offer an incredibly valuable solution for our clients in terms of measuring real change across their executive teams and businesses as a whole. Together, their expertise and incredible ability to decipher our wants and needs for such a platform have delivered a truly amazing system, that we look forward to sharing with our clients as part of their performance journeys. The platform looks good, is easy to navigate and delivers a seamless experience for our clients, providing an incredibly valuable tool for us to offer at scale whilst maintaining significant touch-points, customisation, and confidentiality. Thanks guys, we could not recommend you more and look forward to continuing to work with you.

Have had the pleasure of working with Moonward on multiple projects and the team never fails to deliver. Being able to physically head into the Moonward HQ and talk to the design team, development team and delivery team has been extremely helpful. All our ideas, from all our projects, have been executed to an extremely high standard, and the process from start to finish is seamless. The team are always contactable, and always keep us up to date with where our apps are at with design and development. Highly recommend Moonward to anyone looking for an app development company!!

We've been working with Moonward for over a year, and it has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, we had the opportunity to work closely with many of the talented team members, who were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in our project. They quickly understood our vision and transformed it into a beautifully designed final product that exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. A huge thank you to the entire Moonward team for your hard work and dedication. We look forward to continuing our partnership and working together on future projects. Highly recommended!

What a journey it has been, I spoke to Andrew nearly a year ago now to bring my dream to light, I was quite anxious about bringing my idea to light as I had no real idea how all the technical stuff works in regards to building an app let alone running a company who is now listed on apple and google play stores but Andrew and his team really went above and beyond to bring my dream to life. There was many people along the way who have contributed to the launch but I would just like to special mention Isabella for moulding the final stages together which was the hardest part for myself to wrap my head around, Trisha & Lachy for putting together some great graphics and ideas which will mould the future of this company & Last but certainly not least Neo the magician behind the scenes who built this app from the ground up. Very much appreciated and everyone else behind the scenes who I wasn't able to meet your hard work is appreciated. Thank you moonward ✨🚀

Working with Heidy, Leo, Declan, Tricia and Lachy has been an incredible experience. When I first approached Moonward, Vera was simply an idea. I had a vision for creating a governance-first AI platform for the NDIS and aged care sectors, but I needed a team who could understand both the technical requirements and the bigger purpose behind what I was trying to build. From day one, Leo and the team took the time to listen, ask questions, and genuinely understand the vision. Throughout the project they were patient, professional, responsive, and committed to finding solutions, even as the requirements evolved. What impressed me most was their willingness to tackle complexity. Vera isn’t a simple application. It combines AI-assisted documentation, structured data extraction, audit trails, human oversight, incident flagging, governance controls, and evidence generation. The Moonward team helped transform a complex concept into a working platform while keeping the user experience simple and practical. One of the most rewarding moments came recently when the team told me they had been sharing Vera as one of their weekly wins internally for the past six weeks. As a founder, hearing that the people who built your product are genuinely excited about it means a great deal. It showed me that they didn’t just see Vera as another development project — they understood the problem it is trying to solve and believed in its potential. I am incredibly grateful to Leo and the entire Moonward team for their expertise, support, guidance and hard work throughout this journey. If you’re looking for a development team that genuinely cares about the products they build and works collaboratively with founders to bring ideas to life, I would highly recommend Moonward. Thank you, team, for helping bring Vera Systems to life.

What an incredible process! Couldn’t be happier with the work from Oscar and the rest of the Moonward team

Trisha is the absolute GOAT! She totally interpreted my vision for my app design and I cannot wait to see how amazing the product is after development! Thanks Moonward and Trisha 🫶🏼

Absolutely superb to deal with. Professional and not outsourced. This whole process has been amazing, from the weekly catchups to guiding my apps' development through their knowledge and experience. I've heard all the horror stories with other developers, extremely lucky I found Andrew, Lachy and the Moonward team. You're not serious about your projects' success if you don't give these guys a go.

After reaching out to every local Australia app builder I could find, Moonward has provided the most streamline, honest and trustworthy kick start process by far. We have just finished the Blueprint process, and everything went to plan with a better-than-expected product produced. All communication was super clear and to the point. Looking forward to the next step of development. Thanks Moonward.

I had a fantastic experience with Moonward Apps during the blueprint process. Their team was professional, kept me informed every step of the way, and seamlessly incorporated my feedback and changes. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking to bring their app vision to life!

What an incredible team Moonward Apps are! Tricia has brought our ideas to life even better than we imagined! Have thoroughly enjoyed the design experience.

Liv and the team at Moonward have been nothing short of exceptional. We have been working with these guys for a few months now with not one complaint on our end. From communication, to meeting deadlines and everything in between. Liv has made everything so stress free. With quick resposnes, and communicating to us what to expect will happen in the future with the design process, i have nothing but good things to say about these guys and would reccomend them to anyone.

My App design is nothing short of spectacular! The vibrant colours really pop, and the layout strikes the perfect balance between modern aesthetics and intuitive functionality. The engaging design is not only user-friendly but also showcases a level of innovation that sets it apart from the rest. The Blueprint development process with Moonward was truly exceptional. Liv and Sasha, the brilliant designers behind my project, took my initial concepts and elevated them far beyond my expectations. They demonstrated an extraordinary ability to incorporate feedback seamlessly and refine the designs with precision. Their skill in capturing the essence of my vision while suggesting insightful improvements was impressive. Throughout the development, Liv and Sasha exhibited a high degree of professionalism and a commitment to excellence. Their attention to detail was impeccable; they were meticulous in ensuring every aspect of the design was perfected. Their creativity and expertise are clearly reflected in the final product, which is not only functional but also strikingly beautiful and engaging. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results - ‘thrilled’ hardly seems adequate to express my gratitude for the incredible work done on my Brand and App. Liv and Sasha have delivered an outstanding product that exceeds all my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Moonward for their exceptional design capabilities and innovative approach. Thank you so much, Liv and Sasha, for your incredible work!

I have loved my time working with the Moonward team. The blueprint phase is most certainly a stand alone, and has made this process seamless. Tricia and the team have been fantastic!

Outstanding experience so far. On time, exceeding our expectations at present, compared to previous developers. We're excited to get our project to the market with these guys. Highly recommend.

When I was initially searching for an app development company, I spoke with numerous companies and individuals in the field. After my conversation with Andrew, choosing Moonward just felt like the right decision. Working with the Moonward team has been an absolute pleasure, and I’m grateful to have them in my corner. We're currently halfway through the blueprint phase, I couldn’t be more impressed with the team. The weekly updates and consistent communication have been invaluable, keeping me fully informed and enabling me to provide ongoing feedback. A special shoutout to Liv, Yra, and Lachy- their passion and genuine commitment to bringing my vision to life has been outstanding. The quality of work so far has exceeded my expectations, and I’m eagerly anticipating the finished prototype and final product!

I had an idea for an app and have been struggling to find someone who could transform this idea into reality. We have recently engaged Moonward and I’ve been so impressed with the difference compared to previous experiences. Their concept of starting with a blueprint to map out the app has been incredibly useful. We’ve reached the end of that process and are very confident that the team understands what we want and will be able to deliver it. Dan has been our primary contact during this process and his efforts have been amazing. He managed to understand the specific needs within our specialised industry and transform them into a perfect prototype. The fact that Moonward are based in Brisbane and all their programmers are on site is a huge advantage.

Amazing company to work with. Dan really understood the direction we wanted to go in and it was really great to see our vision brought to life!!

Having a fantastic experience with the Moonward team. Professional and passionate about their work.

INCREDIBLE apps, top quality service and super friendly, and helpful team!! Highly recommend Moonward!! 🤩

Professional and enthusiastic. We engaged a blueprint process to arrive at a design for an app development. The process delivered on schedule and the resulting design was consistent with expectations.

Highly recommended, Coming from a completely different industry, we had an idea of what we were trying to create, but no idea how to do it. Moonward was able to bring that to life and guide us through the process. We have loved their professionalism and hospitality, as we have always been treated to a 5 star service when visiting the office with our weekly or fortnightly meetings. From a design perspective, Tricia has been nothing but outstanding, she is incredibly talented and we are very lucky to have her deliver such an amazing product. Anson, our project manager is a man on a mission, always doing his best to deliver things on time and being extremely transparent about the process, something we have valued very high. Andrew and Pia, thank you for being extremely understanding, always working in with us and our vision. We look forward to a very long working relationship! Kind regards George Iordanou Weeha

As a novice, and having contacted other providers, I was pleasantly surprised at the personal attention and consideration given by the Moonward team. They took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, listened to my feedback and offered helpful and practical suggestions and solutions. Highly recommend the team at Moonward.

Team at Moonward (especially Liv, Lachy and Andrew) took the time to understand our firm, our people, our values, and our services, and worked many weeks to ensure that our project was a success. I was particularly impressed by the level of communication and support we received from Moonward. Thanks again team!
