About Enhanced Coach
Redesign and development of an existing product after spending thousands with an offshore company with no results. Moonward created a hybrid application that can be downloaded on both iOS and Android.
The Challenge
Enhanced Coach is designed to give sports coaches the ultimate toolkit to improve athlete performance. By combining powerful video analysis with annotation, recording, and sharing capabilities, the app allows coaches to provide detailed feedback in a way that is clear, visual, and actionable. Moonward partnered with Enhanced Coach to build the full ecosystem, delivering a seamless experience for both individual coaches and team programs.

Video Upload and Analysis
Coaches can upload footage and annotate directly on the video to highlight techniques and provide actionable feedback.
Recording and Local Storage
Analysis can be recorded and saved locally, making it easy to share insights with athletes or revisit at any time.
Team and Individual Support
The platform works for one-on-one coaching or team management, supporting athletes at every level.
Our Approach
Coaches need to analyse athlete performance efficiently, share feedback, and track progress, regardless of experience level or technical skill. Enhanced Coach required a platform that could handle video uploads, allow precise annotations, and store recorded analysis securely for easy sharing. The app also had to be intuitive and reliable for coaches across all sports, whether they were seasoned professionals or just starting out.
Impact
Enhanced Coach transforms how coaches interact with their athletes, providing visual, actionable insights that drive performance improvement. By creating a full ecosystem, Moonward delivered a platform that is both powerful and easy to use, giving coaches the tools to elevate their training sessions and athletes the feedback they need to grow. With Enhanced Coach, the future of sports coaching is more precise, engaging, and effective.
