Before approaching Moonward, Noosa Confidential had tried a plethora of off the shelf productivity tools, none of which aligning perfectly with their bespoke workflow. Now having a bespoke tool, built from the ground up. Noosa Confidential now has a 30% higher client follow up interaction rate, and can seamlessly manage their entire business like never before.

Noosa Confidential runs premier health recovery programs, and its level of care doesn’t stop when a client goes home. The team had tried several off-the-shelf productivity tools, but none of them fit their bespoke way of working. Moonward stepped in to build something made for them. We started by understanding how Noosa Confidential manages each client, from their first enquiry through to post-care follow-up, then designed and tested a solution around those processes. Our in-house team built a complete end-to-end system made up of two custom platforms covering customer care and post-care, available on iOS, Android and the web.

With a system built around how they actually work, Noosa Confidential now runs its operations more smoothly and stays connected with clients long after their program ends. Since launch, client follow-up interaction is up 30%, helping the team deliver better outcomes and a more personal experience for every client.
