Traditional rehab care is often limited by scheduling, insurance hurdles, and physical location. Rebuildr wanted to change that by giving rehab professionals full control over their practice, enabling high-quality virtual care from anywhere. Moonward partnered with them to build a HIPAA-compliant, fully digital platform that puts clinicians and patients at the center of care.

Moonward built the backend and frontend from scratch, integrating two rich libraries — one for assessments and one for exercises — curated by rehab experts. Secure in-app messaging, voice memos, and video transfer enabled seamless communication between patients and clinicians. We also provided the team with training and ongoing collaboration to roll out new features iteratively while ensuring compliance, performance, and ease-of-use.

Clinicians can now deliver personalised, flexible rehab programs without administrative hurdles, while patients experience high-quality virtual care tailored to their needs. Rebuildr can continue expanding across the U.S. and beyond, confident that the platform is secure, scalable, and clinician-focused.
